A family member damaged my toilet causing water from the tank to just keep flowing since she had no idea what to do. When I ran upstairs to finally shut off the water, water got to the bedroom that was carpeted so time was an issue. We called Same Day, on a Sunday and they arrived quickly to asses the damage.  Marco gave me the run down and told me what needed to be done. He placed a dehumidifier ripped up some carpet to start the drying. Fast forward to the removing the moisture, Same Day had technicians come in remove all the furniture in the rooms and boxed them up and placed them in the garage as well provided floor coverings for foot traffic they would have been utilizing. Moving on to after the drying was complete, re-construction took time to start due to insurance giving the approval for the estimate, but as soon as we got the green light, re-construction started the next day.  It took about 2 weeks, and Jessie, did an awesome job from start to finish and asked for inputs such as where she wanted us to place the toilet paper holder to wanted quarter round around the base of the vanity. All in all I was happy with the service Same Day provided.
